What should I do to create an account?
After logging into our website or downloading our mobile application, click on the "Become a Member" button on the login page.
After filling in your name, surname, e-mail, phone number and password information that you will use to log in to your account, click the "Become Member" button.
You can change your password at any time from the "Password Change" tab in the "My Account" section.
How Can I Place an Order?
Select the sizes of the products you like and want to buy and add them to the cart. When the "ADD TO CART" button is pressed, the product will be added to your cart if it is available in the Internet Store stocks.
When you hover over "My Cart" in the upper right corner of the site, "GO TO CART" and "COMPLETE ORDER" options appear. If you want to view the products in your cart and/or edit your cart, you should press the "GO TO CART" button. At this stage, you can confirm the cart and enter your address information and proceed to the payment step or continue your shopping. When the "COMPLETE ORDER" button is pressed, you will be directed to the page where payment transactions will be made by entering your address information.
When you proceed to the payment step, select your payment method and enter your information. If you realize that there is an error / incompleteness during the order stage, you can go back to the previous steps and update your information.
When you are sure that the information you entered is correct, check the box that you have read and accepted the "Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form". After you click the "COMPLETE PAYMENT" button, your order is confirmed by the system.
How Can I Track My Order?
When your order is delivered to the cargo, you will receive an information e-mail titled "Order has been shipped" and an information SMS from the cargo company. After receiving this SMS and information mail, you can track your cargo from the following areas.
a) Order Tracking for Member
From the "Order Tracking" link in the information message.
From the "Order Tracking" title in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section of smoothhoreca.com and mobile applications.
b) Order Tracking for Visitors
From the "Order Tracking" link in the information message.
You can follow up from the "Order Tracking" section in the "Order" tab by entering your order and mobile phone number from the "Order Tracking" section.
