When will my cargo arrive?

All our products are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the first business day following. Depending on the city you are in, your order will be delivered to your address within 1 - 7 days. You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab by logging into your account. After your order is delivered to the cargo, you can find out what stage your order is at from the "Where is my cargo?" link in the "My Orders" tab.

At which hours will the product I purchased be delivered?

It is sent to the delivery address you have specified to be delivered within the working hours of 09:00 - 18:00 (weekdays and Saturdays) with the cargo companies determined during your order. Our company provides shipping with Contracted Cargo.

Is delivery made on public holidays?

My order arrived when I was not at my address.

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot be found at your address, a note is left stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If within 3 days you do not pick up your package from the specified branch, your order will be returned to smoothhoreca.com. Please contact smoothhoreca.com or the cargo company for different situations regarding delivery.

Why do you send the invoice on the package?

It is obligatory to send the invoice or delivery note on the package with your order. All cargoes are sent with delivery note or invoice. If our customers who want a cargo or gift package without a price on it, they must notify this situation.
